The Senior Business Analyst serves as the link between the business objectives and core technological capabilities the team is building and supporting. The goal of this role is to drive organized and effective requirements to build and deliver a product or function. The Senior Business Analyst seeks out, develops, and helps implement strategic initiatives for improved efficiency and productivity by understanding and developing requirements. Senior Business Analysts are responsible for utilizing creative and practical thinking to translate user needs and pain points into direct improvements. Collaborates with Analytic Business Partners, Engineers, Analysts, and other technical experts to shape the end-to-end product strategy and solution in support of business/product owner objectives and vision. Hourly pay is between 55-65 depending on experience/tenure.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus 5 or more years of professional experience in the business analysis discipline

Experience writing BRDs (Business requirement documents) using Jira OR Confluence

Experience utilizing Azure DevOps (ADO Boards) for project tracking/streamlining

Experience troubleshooting their own applications assigned to them (Support side)

Experience working on waterfall, Agile and/or hybrid projects (heavy scrum)

Experience working in a public cloud environment (Azure preferred)

Experience working in a fast past environment
