Cognizant Technology Solutions is seeking for experienced Senior Business Analyst and Facets Product SME to grow with our team. Responsibilities
• Lead Requirement gathering sessions with cross function teams to gather and document business requirements
• Requirement analysis and provide clarifications to the technical team.
• Working on Facets Classic and Facets G6 platforms
• Coordinating with client SPOC's with regards to the clinical editing system implementation on Facets Legacy and G6 platforms
• Working closely with client team, external vendors and liaising with Cognizant product teams.
• Conducting regular status meetings and presentations to keep clients informed about the project progress and gather feedback.
• Conducting regular review sessions to ensure all requirements are addressed in project deliverables.
• Playing a key role in sprint planning and backlog grooming sessions in the Agile dev environment
• Working with Product owners and development teams to refine user stories.
• Working closely with testing teams during the testing phase of the product implementation.

Required Qualifications
• Skill set : Business Analysis, Healthcare Domain experience, Agile Methodology
• Good communication skills.
• Experience in Facets Application
• Experience in working with Clinical Editing Systems
• BA with excellent US Healthcare domain experience
• Healthcare End to end claims adjudication knowledge along with Provider and Membership
• Provide SME insights on commercial and Government line of business, Federal and state laws and regulations, state mandates etc.
• Effective Client coordination and communication for better collaboration.
• Very good experience project implementations and delivery management.

The annual salary for this position is between [$52,000-$124,200] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
