Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Senior Business Data Analyst position! This is a 6+ month contract opportunity and can be remote within the United States. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services.

Position Overview

This role provides guidance to assigned business in implementing components of the Data Management Program in the areas of governance, quality, issue management, reporting, data architecture, solutions, analytics, or project management and in alignment with the overall Enterprise Data Management Program.

What You'll Be Doing:

•Manage execution of the Data Management Strategy and development of the Data Management Framework, Policies and Standards for an assigned business.

•Implement the Data Management Program within assigned business unit, providing training to business line and technology personnel.

•Facilitate data management-related working groups.

•Develop a thorough understanding of the data management practice and working knowledge of industry trends.

•Measure compliance with the business and Enterprise Data Management policy and standards.

•Work with the business to identify critical data elements and capture related metadata.

•Monitor quality of data through measurement of enterprise-wide key performance/key risk indicators (KPIs/KRIs) to ensure effective data risk management.

•Facilitate remediation of data management-related issues.

•Promote usage of business and enterprise data management and business intelligence tools by relevant stakeholders.

•Analyze large data sets to derive business insights to drive tangible business value.

What You'll Need to Have:

•Bachelors Degree and minimum of 7 years of experience.

•7+ years of experience in data analysis, consulting, and delivering data-driven business insights.

•Expertise in SQL, Python, and business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI); experience with data modeling and cloud environments (AWS, Azure).

•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.

•Strong Interpersonal, Written and Verbal Communication, Persuasion Skills, and Analytical Skills..

•Data Management, Banking Products, Systems and Workflows are Preferred skills.

Pay Range: $55-$75/hr+
