Senior Director, Client Servicing and Solutions

The Senior Director of Client Servicing is a pivotal role responsible for leading a team that delivers comprehensive technology solutions and support to our clients. This role requires a strategic approach to client management, ensuring that our technology offerings are not only showcased effectively but also align with our client's ongoing success and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of client-focused business technologists centered around the following:
  • Client Success Management: Direct the daily management of client accounts, ensuring contractual obligations are met and resources are allocated efficiently.
  • Client Solutions & Pre-Sales Support: Serve as the primary contact for the BD team during pre-sales, facilitating technology demonstrations and discussions.
  • Client Technology Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear technology strategy for new clients that supports their business goals and aligns with our company's objectives.
  • Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with client account leaders, ensuring that they are able to deliver high-quality, efficient services to our clients.
  • Client Trend Analysis: Partner with the Client Support team to analyze client trends and track performance metrics, informing strategic decisions and collaborator communications.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of business systems analysts, subject matter experts, and managers, fostering their growth and ensuring commitment.
  • Product Collaboration: Collaborate with the Product team to share client insights that can guide the development of new products or services.
  • Performance Metrics: Define and track KPIs related to technology and client solutions to measure success and achieve goals.
  • Ongoing Maintenance & Support: Oversee the delivery of contracted services beyond the hypercare phase, ensuring adherence to contract terms.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in client servicing, technology solutions, or a related area, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years Yardi Investment Management/Investment Accounting experience.
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering technology solutions that drive client satisfaction.
  • Strong understanding of contract language and the ability to ensure team compliance with contractual terms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a diverse team of professionals.
  • Strategic problem solver with the ability to analyze trends and performance data to inform decisions
