Insight Globals engineering client is looking for a Sr. Electrical Engineer, to sit within a 3 hour radius of Fort Mill, SC. They will be responsible for electrical design for power generation based clients. This design will consist of conduit layouts, electrical wiring schematics, wiring panels, power distribution systems, panel design, and electrical system analysis. They will be responsible for coordinating and leading various engineering staff and designers for assigned projects. Working alongside Project Managers, Engineering Managers, and clients to develop proposal documents, and estimates for potential projects. The types of projects will mostly be upgrades to existing facilities, and clientele will consist of could include Coal Plants; Natural Gas Plants; Hydropower Plants; etc.

Required Skills & Experience
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering design of MCCs, one-line diagrams, conduit layouts, wiring diagrams, etc.
- PE or EIT if no PE, must be eligible to sit for PE Exam

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Hydro, gas, fossil, and/or power plant experience
- Experience leading multi-disciplined projects
