Our client is seeking a skilled Senior Front End Developer to join their team. In this Consultant-to-hire role, you will be supporting an ambitious project list to redesign legacy applications to support product growth for the organization. Within this collaborative environment, you will join a tight-knit team that works well together to support the growth of the business. You will bring excellent knowledge and a results-driven approach, with proven success within fast-paced environments, making an impact within organizations.

You will be a heads-down coding professional that is experienced and highly motivated. We have a great work environment, an energetic culture, and experienced leadership team dedicated to high quality software development. Your excellent communication skills will be essential as you will be interacting with SMEs and business owners regularly for both support and new development assignments.

What you will bring
  • 5+ years experience working within Front-End Development roles
  • Experise working with React / React Native
  • Extensive experience in managing front-end development to successfully translate business requirements and wireframes/designs into technical specs, prototypes, mock-ups, and finally into front-end code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Experience building web applications using modern development methods and frameworks
  • Significant front-end coding skills and knowledge of popular web development tools and technology stacks.
  • Ability to work with existing code bases and using existing tools, whilst promoting and occasionally introducing best-practice/industry standard tools.
  • Collaboratively embraces the challenges of the environment to deliver a rapid rollout of new visual components.
  • Ability to work with internal stakeholders as required.
  • Ability to work within a web development team using Agile and UCD/HCD (user-centred design/human-centred design) processes.

Nice to have
  • Adept at working with Figma files and collaborating with Designers to deliver applications
  • Experience working with Azure and/or AWS
  • Familiarity working with Telephony
