Reporting to the Director of Medicare Advantage Growth & Strategic Initiatives, you will oversee the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing innovative marketing programs to promote UCLA Health Medicare Advantage Plans.
• Maintaining and producing marketing assets and coordinating campaigns and targeted communications to prospects and members.
• Acting as the primary liaison between New Century Health Plan, UCLA Health Marketing & Communications, and the UCLA Faculty Practice Group.
• Overseeing creative services and content production, including website management, social media, and video content.
• Authoring ongoing content for the UCLA Health Medicare Advantage Plan website and managing the routing of marketing assets for CMS approval.
• Supervising a team dedicated to supporting the Medicare Advantage Growth Office

Salary Range: $92,600 - $202,200/annually
