Enterprise Comms & MarTech Experiences (ECMX) enables high quality, innovative marketing through marketing campaign consultation & execution; and developing best-in-class products & processes which modernize the end-to-end marketing ecosystem. Every year, we help our business and marketing partners across the enterprise launch thousands of marketing campaigns worldwide.
This posting is for a Technical Content Manager (Band 35) role in Enterprise MarOps Solutions (EMS), an organization which consults on, sets up, and enables these launches across business units globally. This manager will take part in our Content Strategy transformation initiative, which is a full redesign of our processes, capabilities, and engagement models for managing advertising content and marketing assets across the enterprise, Specifically, this role will work to introduce new technology, with a focus on automation and AI, and evolve the processes for content creation and management.

The responsibilities of the role are to:
- Facilitate the creation, tracking and storage content (ex. Marketing Claims, Disclosures, etc.) in support of creative development by Marketing, agencies, and technical teams.
- Support long-range content strategy by mapping universe of content types and aligning on how to best store, track and enable usage of those content types Design, socialize, and implement innovative processes for creating, updating, curating, and optimizing a library of content.
- Define and deliver near-term enhancements to create speed, efficiency, impact, and capacity in content processes.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strategic thought leader with demonstrated ability to deliver projects that result in meaningful transformation for Marketing and/or Operations functions.
- Experience in creative content management highly preferred.
- Strong track record of partnering across Marketing, Product and Technologies partners to deliver large scale initiatives.
- Ability to multitask, effectively prioritize work from multiple sources and devote resources to the most critical needs.
- Agility to assess when the environment necessitates a change in direction and do so quickly.
- Builds and leverages strong relationships with internal business clients and colleagues.
- Comfortable working in a deadline- intensive environment where urgent requests are routine.
- Strong Team player and collaborator with excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills with emphasis on:
- Process mapping and documentation.
- Organizing and driving project tasks and outcomes
- Creating technical requirements and desired user experiences
- Creating effective operations procedures and user training
- Managing the organizational change that transformational projects require
