Description and Requirements

As a Senior Operational Support Specialist, you'll conduct merchandising evaluations through photo and service order reviews, ensuring premium customer service and offering comprehensive support through various communication channels for Acosta and Premium employees and retail store associates/managers. You will administer Walmart Volt inventory software, facilitates Premium 360, and provide support for onboarding and eLearning. Lastly, you'll assist in daily OSC operations for new employees and peers, while also performing additional duties as needed.

What will you do?
  • Select appropriate grades impacting field merchandisers' scorecards.
  • Conduct "Quality Checks' on new jobs/actions.
  • Respond to phone calls, chats, texts, and emails with professional etiquette.
  • Administer Walmart Volt software.
  • Provide support for Premium 360, onboarding, and eLearning.
  • Document issues with accuracy in grammar and spelling.
  • Email internal business partners from various departments with escalation reports.
  • Navigate multiple cloud-based applications for functionality and resources.
  • Escalate trends to Supervisor.
  • Perform other various duties as necessary.

Experience and Qualifications
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a contact center or office setting is required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Experience in retail or merchandising is a plus.
  • Proficient typing skills and ability to navigate multiple browsers.
  • Demonstrated professional phone etiquette.
  • Proficiency in formal business writing.
  • This position involves viewing a computer monitor 100% of the shift. The employee must be able to sit for long periods. Personal protective equipment may need to be worn. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
