Description

Verily's core strategy is to advance precision health by bridging the gap between research and care. Verily is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to support analytics and metrics across care and research with a primary focus on care solutions for management of chronic conditions. You will become an expert on metrics and measurement of user facing products, helping ensure we build tracking into the product, working cross functionally to define success metrics, measuring the participant experience from onboarding to retention, ensuring operational products support users, and building reports and dashboards to visualize these metrics.

Responsibilities
  • Develop insights and analysis answering core questions around Verily products.
  • Build dashboards and reports for recurring insights around product data.
  • Develop and maintain product analytics tracking in Pendo to support and analyze changes within our business.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
  • BS degree or equivalent practical experience. 5+ years of relevant experience in an analytical function.
  • Experience articulating product questions, pulling data from datasets (SQL) and using statistics to arrive at product recommendations.
  • Experience with web analytics or event tracking such as Pendo (most ideal) or Amplitude.
  • Experience creating dashboards and working with BI tools (Looker a plus).
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and establish solid relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience related to healthcare or research.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong SQL skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with data pipelines (such as DBT).
  • Experience with digital products for care management
  • Nimble, able to navigate ambiguity, excited to pitch in across different analytics domains.
  • An insatiable curiosity for data!

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $129,000 - $184,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
