Essential Job Functions:
The applicant shall conduct detailed planning, coordination, and synchronization of program management activities for the assigned organization(s). The applicant shall act as primary interface between organization leadership and higher-level leaders, to include Assistant Secretary of the Army (Acquisition, Logistics, and Technology) (ASA (ALT)) leaders and staff, and other stakeholder organizations. The applicant shall manage the assigned program calendars; coordinate and schedule meetings; record and distribute meeting notes and action items to meeting attendees; provide the status of action items, reports, and other assigned tasks; and electronically store the material from these engagements.
The applicant shall coordinate documentation and obtain required signatures. The applicant shall coordinate, revise, copy, and distribute materials for meetings, briefings, and conferences.
Required Skills:
Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
Ability to obtain security clearance.
Master's degree in engineering, Business, Management, Logistics, Quality, Production, or related field with extensive experience covering the specific tasks required by the position (see SoW). Level III Certified in Program Management.
Minimum of 10 years of prior military experience that includes leadership positions and/or operations staff experience at the Battalion level or higher (Preferably ground combat vehicle system experience). Has a minimum of 3 years of experience as a member of Army Acquisition Corps. DoDI 5000.02, Army Regulation 70-1, DA Pamphlet 70-3; Microsoft Excel; Army Knowledge Center.
Experience with:
IPT Management across functional areas (ENG, LOG, TEST).
Action Log.
Integrated Master Schedule Development.
CDRL Development/Review.
Development of Memo of Agreement.
Acquisition Strategy/Plan.
Road Map development.
Resource GAP assessment.
