About the team

We work together to ensure our clients understand this new world of advertising, that they are making the best possible decisions to support their own goals, and drive advertiser interest and engagement across the board. The Ad Revenue Partnerships team is responsible for driving ad revenue with key partners to reach business objectives.
bAbout the role

As Senior Programmatic & Retail Media Partnerships Manager you will lead Roku in in building into and expanding our retail media and commerce partnerships. This leader will be responsible for driving new streams of revenue for Roku with existing and expanding partnerships, while focused on long-term joint business partnership outcomes. Your primary initiatives will focus on growth of Roku's programmatic commerce and retail media opportunities, while also developing strategic partnerships to grow Roku's shoppable and data opportunities.

You will be successful in this role if you are a revenue driven leader with experience in growing and expanding partnerships in the ad tech and programmatic ecosystem. You have expertise in navigating complex partnerships in this ever changing and evolving ecosystem. You approach your work with relationships as primary, backed by data-driven decision making, and strong cross-functional collaboration and participation. You are passionate about partnership, solving problems jointly, and are a revenue driven leader

For Santa Monica Only - The estimated annual salary for this position is between $250,000 - $450,000 annually.
Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location.

bWhat you'll be doing
  • Enhance and grow strategic vision for key commerce and retail media partners to drive revenue for Roku across programmatic first initiatives, with possible expansion into shoppable integrations on the Roku platform.
  • Collaborate with leadership and build into joint business plans that drive mutual benefit and long-term partnership opportunities
  • Effectively communicate the needs of the partnership internally through strategic planning and revenue first mindset
  • Develop and execute weekly and monthly action plans to increase revenue with partners
  • Cross-functional collaboration with product, business development, client solutions, and measurement teams to ensure holistic strategies are appropriately planned, communicated, and executed
  • Partner with Product Marketing on sales narratives and help train partner teams where needed
bWe're excited if you have
  • You must have a minimum of 4+ years experience in programmatic ad tech either working for a programmatic trading desk or significant programmatic management experience at an agency.
  • You must have a minimum of 6+ years in partnership management
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
  • Comfortable in a room with senior leadership and executives
  • Retail Media and commerce experience is a strong plus
  • Prior CTV or streaming experience also a plus
