WebstaurantStore, a Clark Associates company, is looking for Senior QA Automation Engineer candidates with strong experience with Automation Testing Frameworks such as Selenium WebDriver and Appium to join our growing company.

100% Remote Position

As a Senior QA Automation Engineer, you will:
  • Participate in the Framework Design and Framework Development of the test automation framework and infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with the QA organization on continuous improvement of the automation framework via bug fixes and new feature requests.
  • Work with QA Leadership in Automation Strategizing and Planning.
  • Mentor Mid and Junior QA Automation Engineers on automation best practices
  • Working closely with Development, Business Analysts and the Product Owners to ensure project success.
  • Participate in code reviews and providing feedback on code changes
  • Keep abreast of current testing methodologies, and work autonomously to update tools, skills, and techniques.
  • Building and scaling CI/CD automation pipelines
  • Estimating the Level of Effort needed to test and complete a task
  • Creating and Updating existing QA documentation

Candidates must have:
  • 5+ years of combined experience in Web Automation and Automation Testing Frameworks.
  • Strong experience with Automation Testing Frameworks such as Selenium Webdriver, Appium.
  • Strong technical competency in at least one programming language such as C#, Java, Python, Groovy, or others.
  • Senior SQL Level: able to create SQL queries and have advanced Database Experience?
  • Experience testing and automating APIs.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in software testing, knowledge of the software development life cycle and Agile methodology.
  • Strong knowledge of source control tools, like GIT
  • Hands on experience with DevOps and Continuous Integration Tools (e.g. TFS, Jenkins)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Understanding of QA practices (white and black box testing, risk based testing, system testing, regression testing, exploratory testing practices)
  • Experience with one or more Test Case Management Tools (TFS, VSTS, qTest, Quality Center/ALM, TestRail, etc.)
  • Flexibility to Multitask and Shift Focus as needed
  • Willingness to jump in and do what it takes to solve problems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively establish and maintain working relationships with all levels of the organization
  • Mobile Framework experience a plus
