Senior Quality Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Data Analyst to join our team. If you have a passion for healthcare data, a strong background in medical terminology (including ICD and CPT codes), and excel in data manipulation, this role might be for you! This position is fully in office and not remote or hybrid

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze healthcare data and generate meaningful reports.
• Utilize Excel tools (VLOOKUPs, pivot charts) for data manipulation.
• Communicate areas of improvement effectively, both verbally and visually.
• Assist in developing quality reports that meet stakeholder specifications.
• Apply knowledge learned from previous assignments to new tasks.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with healthcare data.
• Strong medical terminology knowledge.
• Experience in qualitative research, statistical data analysis, and IQ report preparation preferred.
