Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP Payroll Specialist, to join our team on a 12-month contract. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll schema changes and extensive experience with complex payroll systems, particularly those involving multiple unions or public sector clients.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage SAP Payroll projects, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing.
• Customize and configure SAP Payroll systems, including schemas and rules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and address payroll requirements.
• Provide expertise in payroll processes, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Support full lifecycle SAP implementations with a focus on Payroll.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years' experience with Payroll schema changes.
• Proven experience with complex payroll systems involving multiple unions or public sector clients.
• SAP Certified (mandatory).
• Preference for candidates with experience working with large public sector clients (10K employees or more).
• Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Expertise in SAP Payroll configuration and customization, including schemas and rules.
• Experience with SAP Time Management and other related modules is a plus.
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
