The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a dedicated team of five to seven employees, ensuring the center operates efficiently and effectively around the clock.

Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Operations Center Manager to lead the establishment and management of a new 24x7 Operations Center for one of our direct contract customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a dedicated team of five to seven employees, ensuring the center operates efficiently and effectively around the clock.
Essential Functions:
- Lead the setup and sustainment of a new 24x7 Operations Center.
- Manage and oversee a team of 5 - 7 employees, ensuring high performance and adherence to company standards.
- Develop and implement operational procedures and best practices for the center.
- Ensure continuous monitoring and management of operations to meet or exceed service level agreements (SLAs).
- Coordinate with other departments to integrate operations and facilitate seamless service delivery.
- Handle incident response management, including escalation and communication with stakeholders.
- Provide leadership and direction in all aspects of managing the operations center, including staffing, training, scheduling and employee development.
- Prepare and analyze reports on operations center performance and suggest improvements.
- Ensure compliance with ITAR, EAR, and CUI regulations in all activities, adhering strictly to company policies.
- ~2% travel is a possibility
Job Qualification Requirements:

- Experience in operations management with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of setting up and managing a 24x7 operations center or similar environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and mentor a team.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
- Experience in developing and implementing operational processes and procedures.
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in operations management.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance which requires U.S. Citizenship is required.
