Senior Tableau Developer

Our client seeking an experienced Senior Tableau Developer to join our Trade Surveillance Tech team. In this role, you will design and develop advanced Tableau dashboards, providing key insights that drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will excel in data visualization, have strong data modeling skills, and be proficient in optimizing Tableau performance.

Title: Senior Tableau Developer
Contract: 12-24 Months - All candidates must work on a Experis W2, we cannot work with C2C
Location: Plano, TX
Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 remote
Pay: $65-$68/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain complex Tableau dashboards and reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver actionable data insights.
• Perform data cleaning, transformation, and modeling for visualization.
• Utilize advanced Tableau features (LOD, calculated fields, parameters).
• Optimize dashboard performance for improved user experience.
• Ensure data accuracy, governance, and security.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in data visualization/BI.
• Advanced proficiency in Tableau Desktop & Server.
• Strong SQL and data modeling experience.
• Experience with Oracle and Tableau best practices.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with ETL, data warehousing, and Tableau Prep.
• Tableau certification preferred; knowledge of Python or R is a plus.
