Insight Global is looking for a talented Tableau Developer to join one of our large financial clients supporting Credit Risk applications. This person will be responsible for reporting capabilities and provide valuable insights to stakeholders, working within a Hadoop environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, design, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Integrate and analyze data from the Hadoop ecosystem to create comprehensive reports.
Optimize and enhance existing Tableau reports for performance and usability.
Provide training and support to end-u on Tableau functionalities and best practices.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reports and dashboards.
Participate in data governance and quality assurance processes.

Required Skills & Experience

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Tableau Developer, with a strong portfolio of Tableau dashboards and reports.
Proficiency in working with the Hadoop ecosystem, including tools like Hive, Pig, and HDFS.
Strong SQL skills and experience with data warehousing concepts.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid onsite environment.
Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Preferred Skills:
Experience in the financial industry.
Knowledge of other data visualization tools and technologies.
Familiarity with data modeling and ETL processes.
