Here on the Apple Store Online team, we are responsible for Apple's largest store. Our main goal is to deliver a magical, personal digital experience where customers can shop, buy and learn everything Apple, wherever they are. Each customer should feel like they are our only customer and our job is to set the bar for the experience they receive. To run such an extraordinary store, it takes extraordinary people, and we are looking for a Senior Test Automation & Production Support Manager to help us do extraordinary things.

Apple's Retail Decision Automation team is looking for a versatile senior manager to lead a team of analytical, data oriented, and critical thinking analysts who test and validate system decisioning for an exciting portfolio of online retail decisioning programs. The ideal candidate is passionate about machine learning reliability test automation and production support.



Description
- Lead all aspects of test automation and production support for RDA.

- Engage with other RDA partner teams on opportunities, requirement changes, and technical solution designs to satisfy program needs.

- Architect and collaborate with engineers and program managers to assure the testing program is satisfactory and production support meets expectations.

- Ensure operational and metric health by monitoring ML reliability and program KPIs.

- Mentor and grow the team's careers through regular feedback tied to development plans.

- Drive a collaborative and supportive culture on your team, and collaborate with peers to share best practices across the larger organization.
