Under the direction of the Service Desk Supervisor the incumbent acts as an independent expert technical specialist or as a leader or member of a team, in providing a variety of the most complex system support services for the Office of Technology & Solutions Integration (OTSI) projects. This includes but not restricted solely to SharePoint, Web development and Microsoft 365 administration.
