Responsibilities
• Oversee the implementation and management of ServiceNow CSM ITAM and ITSM modules to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business objectives.
• Provide expert guidance on the configuration and customization of ServiceNow applications to meet specific organizational needs.
• Lead the development and maintenance of ServiceNow workflows ensuring they are efficient and effective in supporting business processes.
• Monitor and analyze system performance identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow solutions with other enterprise systems ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
• Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and administrators to ensure effective utilization of ServiceNow capabilities.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of ServiceNow configurations and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow-related issues ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to operations.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for ServiceNow configurations processes and procedures.
• Participate in the planning and execution of ServiceNow upgrades and patches ensuring minimal impact on business operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions that address business needs and improve service delivery.
• Stay current with the latest developments in ServiceNow technologies and industry trends applying this knowledge to enhance our infrastructure operations.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT service management practices driving efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
Qualifications
• Possess extensive experience in implementing and managing ServiceNow CSM ITAM and ITSM modules.
• Demonstrate strong expertise in configuring and customizing Service

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $[ 99,000 - 116,000] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock options, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
