Responsible for completing service assignments in a timely, efficient, effective and safe manner with customer satisfaction as the ultimate goal. Review all pertinent project information including maps, job tickets and descriptions as well as monitoring truck inventory and ensure necessary supplies are available when needed. Responsible for reporting normal maintenance issues for all equipment and tools used to perform daily tasks.
- Assumes responsibility for completing daily or weekly service assignments in a timely, efficient, effective and safe manner with customer satisfaction as the ultimate goal including:
Execute plans of electrical wiring, lighting, and other electrical systems
Install electrical components (e.g., switches, circuit-breaker panels etc.)
Service lighting in multiple applications (parking lots, signs, offices, etc.)
Prepare and assemble conduits and connect wiring through them
Replace old wiring and insulated cables
Perform effective troubleshooting to identify hazards or malfunctions and repair
- Reviews all pertinent project information including maps, job tickets and customer special requests to ensure all items are covered and monitor truck inventory so necessary supplies are available when needed.
- Responsible for documenting all situations that could cause delays in an effort to keep customer aware or get to a resolution.
- Must maintain proper licenses and DOT log upkeep to perform job functions.
- Responsible for normal maintenance of all equipment and tools used to perform daily tasks.
- Ensures that work area is clean, secure and well maintained.

Required Skills & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Three (3) years of minor electrical or service experience or combination of electrical and service experience.
- Basic electrical knowledge especially in regards to lamps, ballasts, sockets and primary voltages.
- Mechanical Knowledge and ability to instruct issues that arise at job sites.
- Electrical Assist in trouble shooting and determining issues and solutions.
- Understanding of hand tools, welding, minor electrical, aerial lifts and cranes.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Maintain active CDL License (can be obtained once in role)
- Maintain active DOT Certification (can be obtained once in role)
