Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking talented system engineer with military and, or industrial experience with backgrounds in systems engineering and orbital warfare range test & evaluation to join our SETA team in Colorado Springs, Colorado. For this effort we are providing programmatic and technical advisory services to the United States Space Force's Operational Test & Training Infrastructure (STARCOM - NSTTC - OTTI).

Operational Test & Training Infrastructure (OTTI):

The OTTI PEO is responsible for integrating and synchronizing the acquisition, development, and sustainment of integrated test and training capabilities to ensure the delivery of fully burdened force designs to the United States Space Force. Our area of responsibility encompasses the collection of distributed, enterprise-wide test and training system sand processes that establish and sustain combat readiness across the spectrum of conflict.

SETA Orbital Warfare Range Test Engineer:
  • In a systems engineering technical advisory capacity support requirements, live range testing, hardware in the loop (HWIL) testing, components/sub systems testing
  • Work as an individual contributor supporting Space Delta 12 (Test & Evaluation) with developing and executing experimentations and range tests for orbital warfare capabilities
  • Contributes to the development of new concepts, techniques, and standards within organization
  • Serve as a technical advisor to the customers with a focus in integrated development test and operational tests
  • Provide operational analysis of warfighting operational requirements and concepts of operations

General Requirements for the Following Positions:
  • Must have an active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a SCI upgrade, for Special Programs (SAP/SAR)
  • Bachelor's Degree in related information technology field or project management (experience will be accepted in lieu of education)
  • Minimum qualifications will vary based on the position and associated level (9 years of experience)
  • Experience in systems engineering, space control, and or orbital warfare
  • Prior experience serving or supporting military and or government program management office (PMO) environments

Compensation:
  • Salary Range: $145,000 - $165,000 (compensation varies on position and relevant years of experience)
