We are currently seeking a Senior Software Test Engineer who will be responsible for assessing the quality and reliability of our software products.

In this role, you will:
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional, cross-site team of developers and product owners and able to do risk and impact assessment against design changes
  • Demonstrate experience in software protocols development based on requirements and finding problems early
  • Develop and implement overall test strategy and test plans for projects that involve both software and hardware components.
  • Conduct functional testing to uncover defects, assess software behavior under different conditions, and identify potential risks.
  • Document software verification and results reports to meet company procedures, applicable regulations and standards

The required qualifications for the job include:
  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience with software test protocol authoring, integration, functional, exploratory and usability testing.
  • Comfortable using scrum software development methods and any software test automation tools
  • Comfortable about various debugging and defect-detecting techniques and tools.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and ability to work collaboratively.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience with:
  • Identifying opportunities for test automation using C#, Python and any automation tools.
  • Design of experiments or other statistical or risk-based approaches to evaluating systems.
  • Software verification of medical devices and working knowledge of FDA Quality System Regulation.

The salary range for this role is $110K-$130K. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
