Under supervision of the Manager, Talent Acquisition, the Specialist 2 will support administrative and new hire onboarding tasks for People and Talent Acquisition Teams.

The Specialist 2 will have a focus on supporting the Talent Acquisition Consultants that support all full cycle recruitment needs.

  • Manages Workforce approved request for each recruiter on their team, including posting new positions in alignment with established SLAs.
  • Ensure compliance with approval standards based on current company guidelines and identify correct job description.
  • Assigns Position Numbers for all newly approved positions and ensure the correct position number has been identified for replacement request.
  • Responsible for posting new requisitions into Taleo recruitment platform.
  • Assists with all travel arrangements required for senior level candidates participating in on-site interviews. (Airfare, Hotel and candidate reimbursement request for meals and transportation)
  • Post the offer accepted stage, creates new hire paperwork for each recruiter to initiate on-boarding and meet requirements for Shared Services.
  • Initiate and monitor all background checks through vendor portal in prep for new hire orientation.
  • Monitors all applicable platforms (Taleo, Agility and Law Logix) to ensure all new hire documents are received to meet the clearance process for associated deadlines.
  • Leverages various TA platforms for reporting and data analysis (indeed, LinkedIn, social media).
  • Provides administrative support to TA events which may include hiring events, school pipeline partnerships, and special projects.


Qualifications

Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED


Experience:

  • Experience completing administrative tasks, while maintaining organization and attention to detail.
  • 2 or more years of administrative/office experience required.
  • Knowledge of office procedures and of spelling, grammar, and punctuation
  • Ability to process information logically
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of peers
  • Ability to remain organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to keep confidential information private
  • Ability to prepare documents, correspondences and reports in a timely manner
  • Ability to communicate with empathy and understanding
  • Skill in navigating multiple platforms and systems to obtain necessary information
