Daikin Applied is seeking a Contract Data Management Specialist to continually enhance the ease and use of Daikin Applied parts systems (for internal and external customers) by defining, developing/enhancing, documenting, and managing Daikin Applied Parts data set-up and maintenance processes. Location : Plymouth, MN (1-3 days a week in office)

What you will do:

• Proactively identify data set-up and maintenance issues that are detrimental to providing world-class service to Daikin Applied customers
• Review current parts data set-up and maintenance processes to identify opportunities to improve customer service and ease of doing business with
• Prioritize data set-up and maintenance issues, addressing those with the largest business impact first
• Monitor the organization's adherence to the processes

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree (Administrative, Business, Liberal Arts or Social Sciences) and/or two to three years of experience or a relevant combination of the two
• Proficient in excel
• Use of Oracle system a plus
• This is a 4-6 month contract position to start in October
• Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position
