Summary
Builds all new items in Item Master catalog as authorized by System Director. Ensures integrity of Master Item File. Validates all changes/additions to the centralized Item Master as requested by user departments. Maintains integrity and accuracy of vendor contract pricing. Assists users as needed when searching for items in Master Item File. Notifies user departments of all item changes, inactivations and/ or deletions. Performs other duties as assigned.

Education
Preferred: Bachelors degree
Minimum: Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.
Experience
Preferred: Experience in hospital or organizational setting.
Minimum: 3 years experience working with fully-integrated computer system.
Special Skills
Minimum: Requires excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to interact with multiple levels within an organization.
Training
Minimum: Demonstrated proficiency in use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access as used to perform complex database analyses.
