- Expert knowledge of OpenShift Container Platform 4
- Experience with Application Deployment within OpenShift
- Experience managing and resolving technical issues and escalations
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Providing technical oversight which may include:
Implementing a technical prerequisites checklist for the Client to complete
Validating the technical prerequisites have been completed by the Client
Determining Client technical readiness for engagement
Resolving technical issues and escalations
Managing the engagement's technical scope and adjust as necessary
Working with Client and Red Hat Customer Experience and Engagement (CEE) for:
Submitting and as necessary, escalating Red Hat product issues
Submitting Red Hat project requests for enhancements (RFEs)
Submitting Red Hat Support Exceptions
Managing technical executive communications to facilitate decision making and technical progress status
Conducting workshops and/or informal mentoring discussions for:
Answering technical questions prior to the engagement in order to better prepare Client personnel for the impending engagement
Filling any engagement relevant Client technical knowledge gaps
Facilitating on demand architectural decision making
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
