Apex Systems is seeking a Cybersecurity Program Analyst with expertise in DoD programs, budget analysis, and stakeholder management to join our team.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience in DoD programs and management processes.
• Analytical skills for budget data analysis.
• Stakeholder relationship management.
• Familiarity with DoD Planning Guidance.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams collaboratively.
• Strong communication skills.
• Active TS clearance.
• Bachelors degree.

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience in enterprise-level budget planning and justification.
• Proficiency in DoD PPBE processes.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and programs.
• Understanding of the DoD acquisition system.
• Familiarity with issue paper processes for funding justifications.
