- Manage projects related to Disaster Recovery (DR), Business Continuity, and cybersecurity in the backlog.
- Manage agile teams, ensuring proper task management, backlog maintenance, and balanced team commitments.
- Serve as the key contact for security and data protection projects, ensuring compliance with best practices and remediation strategies.
- Coordinate with development teams on projects, ensuring strong adherence to SDLC practices and managing both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Work closely with senior management, particularly SVPs, to report progress, address concerns, and keep stakeholders informed on key project milestones.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5-7 years of Project Management experience (or 10+ years if transitioning from a different role).
- Strong understanding of DevOps, Agile methodologies, Security, Data Protection, and Development.
- Cloud experience, specifically with Azure.
- Familiarity with IT security and data protection practices, including gap identification, remediation, and best practices.
- Ability to navigate Agile environments, manage user stories, tasks, and set acceptance criteria.
- Excellent communication skills, especially when liaising with senior stakeholders (SVPs and above).
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including functional/non-functional requirements, development lifecycle, and code management best practices.
- Experience with Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity planning.
- Knowledge of policies, certificates, and security configurations like SFTP or firewalls (though not required for actual configuration).
- Familiarity with disaster recovery on both on-premise and cloud platforms, and understanding the differences between them.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in finance, invoicing, or AP/AR processes/projects.
- Prior experience in analytical roles, including strategy development, analytics, and Business/Systems Analysis.
