We are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer with 7 to 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AWS SQL Spring Boot Angular JS Java JavaScript and MySQL. Experience in the Payer domain is mandatory. This role involves developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions that align with our company's goals and benefit society.

Location: Deerfield - IL , Hybrid

Candidate must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

Building and implementing top-notch capabilities.

Identifying and troubleshooting issues wherever required.

Providing technical support for clearing bottlenecks and obstacles

Collaborating with other cross-functional teams to ensure high-performance of applications.

Should have technical skills to review verify and validate the software code developed in the project.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact efficiently with customers

Develop maintain comprehensive documentation for all software development activities.

Qualifications

Possess a strong background in AWS SQL Spring Boot Angular JS Java JavaScript and MySQL.

Should have very good hands-on experience in the requested skill sets (Java Spring boot Microservices Angular CI/CD pipelines and/or exposure to Azure cloud).

Should have at least 8+ years of experience in development.

Demonstrate experience in the Payer domain with a deep understanding of its unique challenges and requirements.

Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Show proficiency in developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.

Display strong communication skills both written and verbal to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 10/11/2024.

The annual salary for this position is between $81,337 to $114,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
