Job Information

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of senior engineers, enabling them to do their best work .
  

• Actively contribute to the engineering decisions needed to advance our Workflow engine solution, working side by side with engineers on the team
  

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and customer support, to align on product vision and deliverables.
  

• Drive the architectural decisions and lead the implementation of scalable, robust, and efficient systems.
  

• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Engineering, or a related field
  

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in engineering in at least 2 different companies
  

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as engineering manager, managing teams of >4 people.
  

• Demonstrable experience with Conversatio nal AI or workflow automation frameworks.
  

• Demonstrable experience with Kubernetes and microservices infrastructure
  

• Demonstrable experience with AWS services, especially EKS
  

• Working knowledge of Java and nodejs .
  

• Knowledge of software development and SDLC best practices.
  

• Knowledge of QA best practices especially for integration testing and load testing
  

• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
  

• Strong communication skills, especially written, and the ability to interface effectively with various teams.
