Insight Global is looking to hire a Sr Mechanical Engineer. This person will be responsible for researching, planning, and designing electromechanical products and systems. Performs, directs, and coordinates activities involved in design, fabrication, operation, application, testing and production. Performs advanced engineering work, directing junior-level engineers and assisting other junior-level engineers on major projects; Applies engineering principles developing, testing, and modifying designs. Responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing design, testing, quality assurance (QA), assessing vendors, and equipment. This person will moderate supervision and general operation direction from the R&D Manager.

5+ years' experience in Mechanical Engineering
Bachelors degree (Engineering Background)
Experience with Managing projects surrounding designs and prototypes Electro-Mechanical assemblies
Research Planning Experience
