Amazon Online Stores enables over 2 million third-party sellers in eleven market stores to list their products for sale to Amazon customers across the world. Within our WW stores business, International Seller Services (ISS) oversees the recruiting and development of Sellers for all of our international market stores (e.g. CN, UK, EU, Japan, ME, LatAm etc.). ISS also enables global selling, helping Sellers to expand internationally. International Seller Growth (ISG) central products team within ISS develops products to support sellers and account managers and sales associates who support them. Sr Program Manager is a highly visible role and is a single threaded owner of adoption and user satisfaction goals for the product across internal account management teams World Wide. The role is a key driver for enabling productivity goals for WW ISS business teams through product levers. This role requires exceptional program and project management skills, strong stakeholder management abilities and expertise in using project tools and mechanisms.

Key job responsibilities

1. Responsible for roll out of new features of AM Product suite to Account Management teams worldwide.

2. Champion adoption and product satisfaction by collaborating with regional customer partners.

3. Own the execution roadmap, communication with stakeholders and internal teams on progress, roadblocks, announcement of important events and milestones.

4. Responsible for status reporting to ISG leadership in weekly/monthly reviews focused on adoption, satisfaction and key issues/resolution.

5. Collaborate with ISS Central Analytics for tracking adoption and engagement of the product and reporting them in weekly product report meetings.

6. Works as change agent, and pushes for adoption of product features and at the same time act as the strongest voice of customers (AMs) during internal product feature prioritization meetings.

7. Build and maintain financial models to estimate benefit and RoI for planning cycles.

8. Excels in earning trust, issue resolution through deep dives and collaborations, exemplifies ownership and customer obsession.

About the team

The teams mission is to drive the productivity of Account manager cohort worldwide through intelligent products and in the process help sellers managed by them grow on Amazon. As a vital member of the team, you will collaborate with partner teams, product managers and regional account management teams.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree

- 5+ years of program or project management experience

- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

- Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience

- Master's degree, or MBA

- Previous Consulting Experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
