Salary Range: $55,000 - $60,000 / year DOE

Staff Assistant Requirements:
  • 2-3+ years of professional office experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Comfortable learning and using CRM software (HubSpot experience is a plus)
  • Willingness to obtain a Life, Health, and Accident license within the first year
  • Ability to earn non-qualified plan consultant certification within 90 days
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Self-starter with a proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset
  • Bachelor s degree is preferred
  • Experience in financial services or working with 409A non-qualified deferred compensation plans is preferred
  • Series 6 license is a plus
  • Existing Life, Health, and Accident license is a plus
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM systems is preferred

Staff Assistant Responsibilities:
  • Assist senior case managers with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Manage onboarding documentation and process paperwork for new clients
  • Take detailed notes during client meetings and assign tasks in the CRM (HubSpot)
  • Prepare presentations and reports as needed
  • Serve as a backup when team members are unavailable
  • Communicate with insurance carriers regarding client accounts
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks and manage client information
  • Maintain professionalism while interacting with C-suite executives
  • Process DocuSign documents and manage client records
