Salary Range: $55,000 - $60,000 / year DOE
Staff Assistant Requirements:
- 2-3+ years of professional office experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Comfortable learning and using CRM software (HubSpot experience is a plus)
- Willingness to obtain a Life, Health, and Accident license within the first year
- Ability to earn non-qualified plan consultant certification within 90 days
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Bachelor s degree is preferred
- Experience in financial services or working with 409A non-qualified deferred compensation plans is preferred
- Series 6 license is a plus
- Existing Life, Health, and Accident license is a plus
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM systems is preferred
Staff Assistant Responsibilities:
- Assist senior case managers with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Manage onboarding documentation and process paperwork for new clients
- Take detailed notes during client meetings and assign tasks in the CRM (HubSpot)
- Prepare presentations and reports as needed
- Serve as a backup when team members are unavailable
- Communicate with insurance carriers regarding client accounts
- Ensure timely completion of tasks and manage client information
- Maintain professionalism while interacting with C-suite executives
- Process DocuSign documents and manage client records
