As a member of the Product Operations team within Mailchimp, you will enable Mailchimp to deliver outcomes with speed and scale Mailchimp's impact across Intuit and the competitive landscape. We are responsible for the Mailchimp Product Operating System - how the organization operates and delivers outcomes to our employees - including strategic planning, delivery of goals, employee communication and engagement, and programs that drive organizational effectiveness.

We are looking for a strategic, creative problem solver who can influence without direct authority, lead end-to-end, and bend seamlessly between strategic and tactical work. Our new team member will establish rapport, credibility, trust and respect throughout Intuit and is a team player.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the executive sponsors and accountable leaders to shape and drive an initiative-level strategy, defining and ensuring the end-to-end experience outcomes and overall initiative input and outcome goals (strategic, customer, financial)• Transform Mailchimp toward a product portfolio organization• Design operating models and rhythms to enable effective decision making and information flow, run and facilitate business reviews and planning meetings to improve the way we work together• Shape and manage PDO's operating system including our strategic planning processes, execution of our goals, and delivery of outcomes• Develop, drive, and executive on technical programs for CTO, CDPO leadership team• Identify the need for new processes, create clarity around goals and key responsibilities of drivers and stakeholders, and lead the charge to implement and improve• Partner with senior leaders to jointly problem solve and develop solutions to complex business problems• Conceptualize, plan, and lead strategic programs that drive organizational effectiveness• Construct and develop board and C-level content and presentations
