The position will serve as the department's expert on MECSH and supporting best practices and making recommendations for enhancements. The position will work closely with the model developer to ensure that the MN MECSH program is meeting the goals to enhance the capacity of local communities to promote the healthy development, self-sufficiency, and safety of families with infants and young children, improve pregnancy outcomes, and secure attachment through home visiting.
