The role of Strategic Marketing Manager for Coatings is to work closely with commercial, technical and supply chain colleagues to maximize growth and profit for the region. Identifying trends, growth opportunities, customer needs and technical capabilities to develop a robust strategy and marketing plan. This position is responsible for developing a strategy, executing the strategy, analyzing market and sales data to assess trends and measure success, leveraging our team of scientists, using exceptional problem-solving skills to support the sales team in meeting customer needs, sharing voice of the customer and connecting various parts of the organization to improve communication. Who You Are:Minimum Qualifications:5 +years of marketing, sales and/or business analytics experienceBachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry or related field.
