An employer in the Titusville, FL market is looking for a Structural Integration Engineering Technician to join their team. This person will be responsible for:
Manufacturing, assembling, and testing first and second stage structures
Set-up new production work areas
Assist with transition from development to production environments
Perform verifications and inspections of engineering models, drawings, specifications, and procedures
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and correct issues by modification, rework, repair, and/or maintenance
Perform rootcause analysis and implement corrective actions for recurrence control
Operate several pieces of manufacturing handling equipment, including forklifts, aerial lifts, overhead cranes, flight vehicle and subassembly transportation equipment, truck-trailer combinations and other ground support equipment as required
Setup and operate a wide range of precision calibrated tools including: torque wrenches, micrometers, calipers, laser tracker, height gauges and optical measuring instruments
Perform maintenance functions such as daily clean-up of work areas

Required Skills & Experience

5 to 10 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing & aerospace sheet metal structures
Composite, Titanium Structures and Drilling Aluminum experience
Experience with Heavy (Primary Structures drilling and Secondary Structures drilling)
Experience interpreting engineering drawings, models, specifications, understanding written work instructions and test procedures
