Job Description:

L3Harris is searching for talented Test Engineering Technician candidate to join the L3Harris team where the candidate will support production and Depot testing, troubleshooting and fault isolation.

Essential Functions:
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings or schematics to perform work duties
  • Work with little to no supervision using a prescribed set of processes and procedures
  • Work directly with engineers optimizing test processes and procedures
  • Lean, continuous improvement mindset Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and schematics
  • Component level troubleshooting and fault isolation.
  • Possess a positive attitude and the ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail

Qualifications:
  • Requires fully proficient job knowledge/skills. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.

Preferred Additional Skills:
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Windows, Excel, and Office
  • Professional attitude and excellent verbal/written communication skills
  • Ability to work occasional weekend, off-shift, and overtime work.
