Responsibilities to Anticipate for this role
  • Track and report Stryker spares and repair delivery schedules with the GDLS production sites to ensure deliverables achieve Stryker Wholesale performance metric requirements
  • Coordinate activities with the Wholesale Warehouses to validate contract scope compliance
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal stakeholders and external customer to facilitate effective contract execution
  • Lead progress meetings with internal teams and external customer, coordinating resolution and follow up on programmatic or technical issues
  • Liaise between various multi-disciplined teams in support of program objectives
  • Prepare contractual correspondence to the customer; including, meetings/presentation material
  • Track monthly performance reports and take appropriate action, as required
  • Develop and maintain reporting/presentations to a variety of internal and external stakeholders
  • Lead proposals through the Organization & Support bid and proposal process
  • Support managing risk elements of the program
  • Exercise a mindset of continuous process improvements and efficiencies
  • Ensure all Program activities meet compliance requirements (ITAR/EAR/FCPA/GP/SOX, etc.)
  • Short term special assignments, as required


Qualifications Sought
  • Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience, including project management experience
  • Ability to respond to customer requirements and manage expectations while ensuring satisfaction
  • Customer and detail oriented with a demonstrated ability to plan, analyze and solve problems
  • Superior organizational skills with the ability to be agile, set priorities and multi-task under pressure
  • Self-motivated and effective in a multi-disciplinary team, including to facilitate discussions
  • Experience developing and delivering presentations
  • Strong oral, written, and presentation communication skills
  • Experience in MS Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Understanding of GDLS Program processes and measurements
  • Ability to travel and possess/be able to acquire and maintain a valid passport


Preferred Qualifications:
  • PMP designation or working towards
  • Familiarity with various functional areas of the business
  • Product knowledge and defense industry or military experience
  • Previous experience working with government contracts
  • Related customer experience
  • Experience creating or maintaining metrics or other performance reports
  • Bid experience
