Job Description:

Need students to work on several NIH study to develop algorithms identifying
activity levels in intensive care patient. Work to study and develop algorithms identifying activity levels in intensive care patients. We are looking for students to annotate images collected from UF Health ICUs, which requires labeling activities that patients are performing and whether or not they have assistance in performing these activities. The annotations will be used to develop algorithms that autonomously identify activity and pain for intensive care patients.

Expected Salary:

$12 per hour minimum

Minimum Requirements:

This position is open to all students who are eligible to work on campus and will be employed through student Other Personnel Services (OPS) and must maintain a minimum 2.0 grade point average. Registered students are employed on a part-time basis, up to 20 hours per week.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled undergraduate student
• Ability to work both independently and in a team during scheduled work hours
• Willingness to learn new skills as projects require
• Prompt communication skills
• Attention to detail
• 1- year minimum commitment
• Able to commit 15-20 hours per week
