The Ohio Department of Development seeks an experienced facilities management professional to join its Administrative Operations Support team. This position manages all facilities support services for a 300-employee operation on four floors located in the Vern Riffe building downtown Columbus.

Some of the responsibilities include:

• Manages day-to-day operations issues that include maintenance, repairs, office moves, cubicle reconfigurations, fleet

management, mail/package service, and asset management.

• Enters data and manages workflows via electronic portals, online systems, and Microsoft products.

• Works with outside contractors, DAS, and Riffe building management on office space and fleet issues.

• Supervises one staff member.

• Moves office furniture when necessary and unloads deliveries. Lifts up to 60 lbs.

• Builds and maintains effective working relationships with internal and external individuals.
