The Shared Services Master Data [SSMD] team maintains master data for all CertainTeed business units in North America and Canada.
This position is accountable for ensuring accurate and timely processing of master data within the Gypsum US&CA and Ceilings business units. As a Supervisor Data Analyst, you will work with data analysts to evaluate procedures, work instructions and data workflows in order to improve the quality of service provided to our customers. The position will have functional responsibilities and must possess technical knowledge of data processing, and leadership skills to supervise over professional staff.

As a Supervisor Data Analyst, you will work with data analysts to evaluate procedures, work instructions and data workflows in order to improve the quality of service provided to our customers. The position will have functional responsibilities and must possess technical knowledge of data processing, and leadership skills to supervise over professional staff.
- Provides technical and functional expertise to the data processing team,
- Reviews and approves mass data update files for assigned business units, and submits material master maintenance data configuration requests
- Ensures all Quality Work Instructions and the Data Models are up to date and conducts training for new users
- Supervises a professional team of data analysts to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of Supply Chain Data across the enterprise
- Validates new master data requests to ensure they comply with the business unit's current approval matrix
- Monitors Livelink workflow to ensure timely processing
- Prepares monthly KPIs and monthly data validation reports for department manager
- Support the analysis of a high volume of data to identify inconsistencies and resolve them effectively.

Experience -
- Over 4 years' master data processing for assigned CertainTeed business unit groups
- Supervisory experience
- Must possess strong analytical skills as well as verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems and PC applications.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, Visio, and Power Point.
- Attention to Detail and penchant for accuracy is critical
