About the Role

As a Healthcare Data Analyst, you'll analyze and manage healthcare provider data for accuracy and reliability.

Responsibilities
  • Conducting general data analysis research
  • Handling, interpreting, and analyzing licensing and credentialing data from state boards
  • Managing identifiers and demographic data related to healthcare providers and organizations
  • Utilizing various data workflow management and analysis tools
  • Investigating, tracking, and reporting general data issues
  • Resolving basic technical issues as necessary
  • Learning new processes, tools, and technologies
  • Communicating effectively with oral and written skills


Requirements
  • Exhibit a solid foundation in Engineering/Computer Science or related experience is advantageous, but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrate a high proficiency in data management, underpinned by refined analytical skills developed through extensive experience.
  • Be knowledgeable in data analysis tools and processes
  • Have good research and proofreading skills
  • Be able to work with multiple data formats, including Excel spreadsheets, delimited files, and fixed-width layouts
  • Exhibit keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Have knowledge of development languages such as SQL, UNIX, Linux
  • Able to learn new processes, tools, and technologies
