• Monitor, analyze, and communicate the impacts of changes to the demand plan with Supply Chain team partners, including Logistics, Commodity Management, and Purchasing.
• Develop standard operating procedures for demand and supply planning processes and systems for new technology platforms.
• Provide recommendations for operational improvements and identify metrics/KPIs to measure impact.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related field
- 3+ years of supply chain experience
- Working knowledge of SIOP and ERP/MRP Systems (Oracle/Demantra) or equivalent
- Proven leadership skills with strong business communication skills to work internally and externally at all levels of management and with peers
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level
- Proven experience working with analytics tools (SQL, Tableau etc)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience working in a progressive, high growth, high change environment
- MBA and/or Advanced Degree
- APICS or Six Sigma Certification
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while prioritizing and managing multiple stakeholders, responsibilities, and delivering multiple first-of-their-kind programs with aggressive schedules.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $62,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $150,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
