SUMMARY
The Specialist, Supply & Inventory under the leadership of the Manager, Business Center will support the process to provide business essential, cost effective, charge-back services to associates and business units in The Friedkin Companies (TFC). The Specialist will 1) order, stock, and office supplies for tenants of the corporate office building, 2) receive, inventory, and verify all incoming supplies delivered to the corporate office. The Specialist also will take action to enhance cross-functional coordination and expand internal communications in the corporate office building.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Receive and verify all freight delivered to the corporate office.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); plus one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

The associate must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an associate encounters while performing the essential responsibilities of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the associate is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment varies from quiet to loud.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Receive and verify all freight delivered to the corporate office.
- Verify and accept packages from vendors
- Log incoming packages in SendSuite software
- Deliver packages for business to appropriate associates
- Deliver personal packages to the Business Center
- Deliver materials to associates as needed
- Deliver incoming parts orders to the Business Center
- Investigate lost packages
- Other duties as assigned.
INVENTORY
- Keep inventory of paper, water, envelopes, etc.
- Order items as needed
CAMPUS PAPER INVENTORY
- Stock paper in paper supply areas around campus (weekly)
OTHER DUTIES
- Stage outgoing packages for vendors to pick up
- Operate forklift (will be trained)
