JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Provide technical and analytical expertise and leadership (no direct reports) to the Supply chain. Lead the S&OP process in US and participate in the overall global S&OP transformation. Drive strategic initiatives and continuous improvements in process, data, organization and technology with strong communication, organization and technical knowledge. Support configuration and maintenance of material master data tables and background processes. Lead the development and integration of new business processes. Provide technical training and support.

JOB DESCRIPTION DETAILS

Sales and Operations Planning
  • Recognized as an expert in S&OP and other supply chain topics.
  • Help implement and drive new S&OP planning process to increase maturity level of the organization.
  • Work cross functionally to transform existing business processes and create new best in class global processes.
  • Able to lead executive S&OP meetings and communicate with executive leadership.
  • Coach and train other supply chain staff in subprocess areas such as Demand, Supply, Inventory, Capacity, Master Planning, Scheduling, Distribution, S&OE etc.
  • Roll out the Forecast Pro Demand planning software and investigate additional S&OP technology solution.
  • Develop framework for continuous improvement tools for overall S&OP and S&OE processes

Analytics/Metrics
  • Working with IT and other stakeholders, develop and deploy analytical tools and custom models to observe, progress, uncover insights in the data and automate analysis
  • Provide In- depth analyses and insights for strategic and business initiatives
  • Utilize and update business intelligence tools, systems, spreadsheets or outputs
  • Drive data initiatives cross functionally and support the rollout of new tools
  • Support preprocessing of structured and unstructured data, analyze large amounts of information to discover trends and patterns

Master Data/ERP (IT)
  • Configure and Maintain background process and master data tables in various programs
  • Support definition and implementation of new business processes that will be used within the supply chain
  • Train new hires and provide support to material master settings and the corresponding effects

Projects / Continuous Improvement/Commutation
  • Lead technical and analytical projects and CI initiatives
  • Continuously works to streamline processes, develop data tools, enhance reporting, and suggest improvements to improve efficiencies
  • Provides presentations and reports supporting business initiatives
  • Support definition and implementation of new business processes

Other
  • Operate independently with limited oversight from manager.
  • Helps define what needs to be done and then deliver results.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Expert knowledge of MS Excel (Power Query, BW/AFO, macros)
  • Advanced knowledge of PowerBI (data consolidation, visualization)
  • Deep understanding of MRP/ERP systems. SAP preferred.
  • Working experience with forecast modeling, external forecast modeling tools (Forecast Pro)
  • Experience working for a manufacturing company/within a manufacturing environment

Education, Certification/License & Work Experience
  • 10+ years of relevant working experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferred)
  • Green Belt or Black Belt in Six Sigma (preferred)
  • CPIM or CSCP certification (preferred)
  • Power BI Data analyst certification preferred
  • Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.


Total Rewards Package:

Compensation:
  • Base: $110,000 - $145,000 annually (CO), based on specific compensable factors including, but not limited to education, work experience, and geographic market.
  • This role will be eligible for participation in a discretionary annual bonus program, pursuant to which an employee may be awarded a percentage of their salary based on the company's performance and their own individual performance.
