A large Healthcare Provider in the Houston area is looking for a Surgery Center Administrator to lead the team at their Pasadena location. This center has 8 ORs, 4 treatments rooms, and has multiple specialties including colon, rectal, gynecology, pain, medicine, podiatry, and a few others. This is a new facility with a full staff that is looking for a candidate with previous ASC experience and leadership experience within operations. The ideal candidate will be good with communicating with Physicians, handing budgets, and is looking for an opportunity to grow.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum three years of experience in a top administrative or management position in the health care field
- ASC experience (Ambulatory Surgery Center)
- Outpatient Surgery experience
- Good command of the English language, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work well with physicians, employees, patients, and others.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Master's degree in related field
- Experience within an expanding practice
- Experience with joint commission surveys
- Someone who is looking for growth within a company
- Experience with recruiting Physicians
