Tullahoma Surgery Center, a cutting-edge ambulatory surgery center located in the heart of Tullahoma, TN, is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Full-Time Surgical Technologist to join our committed surgical team.

Position Overview: As a Full-Time Surgical Technologist at Tullahoma Surgery Center, you will play an integral role in ensuring the smooth flow of surgical procedures and providing high-quality patient care. Your expertise and attention to detail will contribute to the success of our surgical team and the well-being of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and set up the operating room with surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies.
• Assist surgeons and nurses during surgical procedures by passing instruments and maintaining a sterile field.
• Anticipate the needs of the surgical team to ensure efficient and safe procedures.
• Assist with patient positioning and draping.
• Maintain accurate records of surgical procedures and equipment used.

Required Skills:

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of surgical technology experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of aseptic techniques and sterile field maintenance.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced surgical environment.
